Our technical department is specialised in identifying innovative solutions developed and customised using the most recent versions of 2D (Autocad) and 3D (Solidwork) software applications.
Top brand electronics and computerised management assigned to the most recent communication protocols, are now an integral part of our suction systems focused on increasing the quality and efficiency of production processes.
Almost all our equipment is manufactured at our production plant in Mozzo (BG) in collaboration with NB Group, exploiting state-of-the-art machinery in the sheet metal processing sector, ensuring consistent monitoring of the manufacturing process to ensure superior levels of efficiency and flexibility whatever the situation.
The ongoing technical and commercial collaboration guarantees optimisation of resources and consistent monitoring of constantly changing production facilities.

AFTER-SALES

A suction system is often not conceived as an element closely related to productivity and is often installed in narrow spaces in the rear sections of processing workshops.
This frequently leads to sporadic control combined with poor maintenance which can lead to production downtimes and waste of energy.
Neuberg uses technologies that allow the remote telematic monitoring of the most recent plant systems, paying great attention to functional efficiency; therefore also after the sale, it remains at the complete disposal of the customer providing post installation support, replacement parts for the various components, and upgrading of older systems.
