Milling recovery process

Tyres, plastic and rubber waste generated by production lines have shapes and sizes that prevent them from being transported and regenerated into new life.
Therefore, these are shredded, ground and pulverised through processes in which, in total synergy with leading companies in the sector, Neuberg creates fully-automated systems for processing industrial waste products
Neuberg engineers study the capture of shredded, ground or pulverised products through the design and construction of special suction hoods, shaped according to the different types of shredding.
The production capacity of the grinding devices and the size of the processed product make it possible to determine the correct product capture rates.
The ground products are always conveyed through appropriately dimensioned conveying ducts with the aid of centrifugal fans.
The distinguishing feature of Neuberg products, contrary to what is often found on applications of this kind, is their robustness.
The new design of the ripper fans model ‘CHOPPER EVO’, as well as improving their performance in terms of efficiency, thanks to the rapid disassembly of the casing allows an immediate variation of the type of orientation, up to obtaining SIX different types of configuration with the same fan.
In the field of conveying ground material, the cyclone is still one of the best solutions for separating the product from the air. If sized correctly, it allows very high efficiencies at the benefit of targeted energy consumption.
Wear-resistant materials are used where requirements demand it and are combined with highly efficient sealing devices.

In the case of plastic film treatment, for example, the ground product discharged from the cyclone is fed back to the line extruder to be regenerated in the complete production cycle.
The shredding and grinding processes generate dust, which is sucked in with the product and expelled from the cyclone into the JKE dedusting units.
The automatically-cycled filtered air is expelled to the outside environment in full compliance with the limits required by current environmental emission regulations.
The dust, filtered by the dust collectors manufactured by Neuberg, can be recovered by means of wheeled collection containers with quick release by means of rotary valves of leading brands, with discharge into big bags, or conveyed into capacious collection bags by means of conveying screw conveyors complete with retaining devices.
